@Ask_Spectrum, I received info that service has been restored. I get you Spectrum channel, but FOX and NBC all pixelated! I've unplugged, rebooted, did the freaking hokey pokey. I've called had signals re-sent, rebooted and still ****** reception!

@Teri_FutureMD @Ask_Spectrum Yeah, something is up. I said this happened the same day, same time 2 months ago, but it was actually just a month ago. I'll just have to eventually switch service. Got no other choice. Never had issues with ATT or even Dish for that matter. May look at Google. Hang in there!

@Ask_Spectrum At least twice a month for the last YEAR the internet goes down. I am an extremely disappointed customer. It's time to start crediting bills because this is insane. I pay my bill on time, in full but receive sub-par service. I'm in Milwaukee, WI.

@Ask_Spectrum our 100mbps internet service has been slow for a week and recently got awful. Only 3mbps down while uploads are fine at 12mbps. Modem reboots do not help.

Why does @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum consistently ruin my day/night? Unreliable service ALL THE TIME! I’ve had someone co*ke and rewire my whole cable set up and my internet still goes off randomly all the time.

@GetSpectrum After working all day long and waiting to watch the last game of the year I can’t even watch it because Spectrum is absolute garbage!!!!!!! My smart tv’s don’t even pick it up.
