What are the passwords for Infinite Campus? ›

In order to access your student Infinite Campus account for the first time, you will use your student number (either 8-digit or 10-digit). The student number is your username and doesn't change. The default password is your ​lower case initials​(first name, last name) ​and​your​ 6-digit​birthdate (all numbers).

Grades shown in yellow are the most up to date grades for your student and they are called an in progress grade. They are dynamic and can change every time a teacher enters a grade. Grades shown in green are called posted grades.

A universal default password is used when the same password is used on all devices of a model when they are in operational state.

Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you forgot your user name or password, please contact your child's school. When I try to login the page says: Your user account has been disabled! Your user account has been disabled by a Campus Administrator.

Infinite Campus is now displaying grade summaries in the “Grades” menu option. If you select “S1,” you can see both “Term GPA (weighted)” as well as “Cumulative GPA (weighted).” As of right now, the only accurate calculation is for “Term GPA (weighted).” Please disregard the “Cumulative GPA (weighted).”

Click the context menu to the left and make sure you select the correct year, school, school calendar, and structure (grade level) and then click the Save button. On the left side of the window, scroll down to and click “Post Grades.”

Infinite Campus Nickname: Infinite Campus allows for a nickname to be entered. This will allow those with access to see the preferred name listed on the student's face sheet. However, the name will not populate on any other system or documentation.

Messages can be sent to each account's IC Inbox and any email accounts currently available in Infinite Campus. Click New at the top of the Message Center. Select Class Message for the type of message you want to send. Select the User Group where the template you want to use is saved.

**NOTE: Student accounts are created by administration. Student accounts are initially set up with the following for Username and Password: Student number as the username and the "<first name initial><last name initial><birthdate MMDDYY>" as the password.

If you have not received your Campus Portal Activation Key, then you will need to visit the school office. The school secretary will first ask you for a picture ID to verify your identity and then you will receive your Campus Portal Activation Key and instructions on how to set up your account.

After logging in to Infinite Campus, display your school by clicking on the “Chevron” arrow: Your top header will now display your school calendar year and school: 2. If you know the name of the student, you may go to Search/Student: Searches are done by last name, with a comma as a separator to the first name.
